Brittni is a RYT 500 hr teacher and Ayurveda Wellness Counselor with more trainings under her belt than there is room to list but more importantly she has two goals in life; to be happy and to inspire others. Born and raised in San Diego she moved to SLO to find community and to teach yoga full time. Her classes are just as much alignment based as they are fun and her MO is vulnerability and personal growth.
No matter what class you take, you can expect to flow to the beat of the music and have a life changing breakthrough with a belly laugh or a good cry (the happy kind). In her spare time she enjoys being a mom to her new baby, creating and leading teacher trainings and enjoying the finer things in life...like guacamole. Kacey Janeen is a writer and yoga instructor who balances chasing creativity with reveling in movement. Based in Templeton, California, her yoga mat has taken her places far and wide, both tree-studded and tropical. Kacey has taught internationally – from Canada's Pacific Northwest to Sydney, Australia – and has studied in the world’s most influential yoga hubs. The daily exploration of her solo practice and her curiosities in anatomy, calisthenics and personal growth continue to inspire her teaching and all areas of her life. Kacey's classes are, in one word, creative. Expect fresh progressions, ever-changing peak poses, spunky transitions and groovy playlists. Come laugh, sweat, bliss out – and embrace your uncommon.

Marc approaches his yoga with the same approach as his art, whether through paint and photos or sweat and weights his main goal is to always strive for an authentic expression of oneself. He sees his classes as a platform for this kind of self-expression for each student, and that the way to growth is through the uncomfortable. With a lot of bass and a little spice he aims to have every student leave realizing a so called "serious" practice need never actually be so serious.

Alissa firmly believes that the best way to sweat is while laughing. Expect high energy, fun beats, and playful one-liners (don’t worry, some of them are funny) to get you in your groove and out of the daily monotony. She likes to live by the great Tupac Shakur’s words, “Even though you’re fed up, you got to keep ya head up.”
Carly, a California native, found dance at an early age and pursued a professional ballet career all over the country. After retiring from her ballet career, she discovered Bikram Yoga. She was inspired and encouraged to become an instructor in 2011. To further her practice and teaching knowledge shes attended a 200 hour vinyasa training, studying under Briohny Smyth and Dice Iida-Klein, BRYCE Yoga Fit, Flow, Fly, in Kho Samui, Thailand. In addition to her repertoire of teaching styles she also completed mini yogis yoga for kids, Inferno Hot Pilates and Buti Yoga teacher trainings. Coming from a dance background, Carly’s speciality is attention to details, alignment and building strength. Her students are encouraged to smile, be playful and have fun in class. Carly continues to perform and teach ballet to children and adults and has a thriving Yoga practice. In her spare time she enjoys surfing, hiking and sunshine. “Be patient to your restlessness. Be kind to your body. Be grateful for the opportunity of being here just now. Feel driven by the unique chance to learn a little more, to know yourself a little deeper”.

Having always been active, Sophie stumbled upon yoga for a change in mental clarity and right away the love affair began. Combining yoga with strength training became an addiction & changed her life in more ways than one. She decided to become a teacher to share this opportunity for growth with others. She starts each class with a heartfelt intention & she’ll have you feeling inspired & flowing to upbeat music right away. If you’re into rockin out & drippin sweat Soph is your gal! In Sophie’s words “I strive to put the power in power yoga”. Bright & Early Sophie is there to get your day started in the most amazing way-Tuesday’s 6am!

Marty earned his 200hr certification in Baptiste-inspired Power yoga and has nearly completed his 300hr training in Universal Yoga. He teaches alignment based classes paired with classic rock and is all smiles all the time. He loves to teach mandala style classes where you use all directions on the mat while working the shoulders, spine, and hips in all ranges of motion. Marty is our arm balance and inversion master and is known to have even the most hesitant off their feet and upside down before you know it. Prepare to sweat, get stronger and better balanced not just in the body, but in the mind as well.
